- The ACF Queuing System Solution keeps track of every interaction
between your students and your staff.
It actively monitors
wait and transaction times as they relate to service
category, preset thresholds, numbers of students waiting,
etc. This data is all tracked as specific cases allowing
your managers and administrators to hone their view
from a total enterprise wide view down to individual
transaction details.
You
can generate statistical reports that reflect historical
data going back as long as the system has been in place
or generate real-time reports that illustrate what is
currently going on in every branch (wait times, service
times, staff performance, etc.).
ENTERPRISE
- WEB BASED SOFTWARE - Q-Flow® is
designed to handle enterprise-wide student flow and
workflow processes in any facility on or off campus
that is connected to the domain. A web server houses
the entire functionality of the Q-Flow® Enterprise.
All
Q-Flow® functionality whether it is through the
workstation/counter or through the directional devices,
is housed on and accessed through the central server.
