Using commercially available hardware gives your organization the ability to leverage relationships that you may already have with POS vendors, office supply firms or state contracts. These devices may be familiar to your staff and are easily maintained and warranted. Thermal tickets can also be bought directly from your source vendors. You can even use desktop and laser printers.

With an ACF Solution, you can also use commercially available touchscreen devices. These can either interact with a ticket printer or (like the one illustrated here) have a standard POS thermal printer integrated into one complete kiosk.

ACF Solutions can include a wide range of TV monitors (analog, digital), plasma and LCD screens, commercially available LED Displays, pagers, chimes and voice enunciators (audio units). Many lobby and waiting areas may already be utilizing these devices, which can easily be integrated into your queuing system.

Easily controlled and programmed through our software, these devices can also be used to broadcast messages, information, advertising and promotions. You can also display video, high definition programming, PowerPoint presentations, html, Flash media and tickers on the TV monitors and plasma/LCD screens.

The ACF audio unit annunciates call-forward directional information in any language supported by Microsoft. For environments that do not require voice, it can post audible chimes. It even advertising post pre-recorded advertising and promotional information.
