Business Development Professional

DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing
REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager
JOB PURPOSE: This is a high profile, internal and client facing position where client satisfaction and maintaining ACF’s high quality standards are a priority. TThe Business Development Professional (BDP) will be responsible for growing and managing ACF product sales within an assigned territory. In addition, the BDP will complete individual assignments as directed by the National Sales Manager.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

  • Profitable Territory Growth
  • Sales – New customer contracts in assigned vertical
  • Market – New partner contracts in assigned vertical
  • Territory - Geographic expansion within the assigned territory
  • Product – Product expansion within new and current customers
  • Lead Generation – Assigned ACF Products

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initial Customer Contact – Phone and Site visits
  • Demonstrations – Web and On-site
  • Contract Negotiations / Bid Submittals
  • Quote / Order processing
  • CRM duties
  • Market Research
  • Trade Show Participation

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Computer – Microsoft® Office, CRM, Q-Flow, Go To Meeting
  • Literary – Proficient Writing Skills
  • Research – Market & Territory Research
  • Personable, Professional, Outgoing, and Self-Motivating
  • Travel - 50%+, Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record Required
  • 2+ Years of sales experience preferred

  • Willing to travel 0 – 50%  
  • Valid driver’s license
