ACF Technologies Achieves Success on a Global Scale

ACF Technologies is proud to boast global success as a leader in Customer Experience Management. 

ACF Technologies is a global leader in providing these technologies to industries such as government, healthcare, financial, education, and more. A relatively small, privately owned organization, with about 150 employees, ACF spans the globe with offices in North America, the United Kingdom, Central America, South America and Europe.

Amidst continued pressures and challenges placed on us by the global pandemic this past year, ACF has remained diligent in their mission to provide customers with outstanding Q-flow® technologies to help their businesses run smoothly, ultimately resulting in higher customer satisfaction.

Through these continued adjustments, ACF Technologies has been recognized on several occasions for their successes in customer experience management. Regardless of the challenges many businesses have faced in the past years, ACF has played a key role as a B2B software entity, allowing many businesses to advance their technology, leaving them and their customers with an overall positive customer experience.

ACF Technologies ended last year with a bang. In October of 2021, we were proud to announce that we were a Silver Awards Winner for The Best Use of Technology - SME Award for the UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA). Presented by Awards International and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), this organization is accredited with a Gold Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council. Further, ACF was also a multi-finalist for two more awards:

  • The Vulnerability, Health, and Wellbeing Award
  • The Employee Experience in the Crisis Award– SME

In November, ACF was further recognized in LATAM and in the US as leaders in customer experience management.

In LATAM, ACF Technologies was awarded for the “Virtual Executive” digital innovation platform with partner Davivienda, a financial institution with branches spanning LATAM and Miami, US, serving more than 10 million customers. The award was given at the LATAM Digital Awards, an annual event that focuses on recognizing achievements in the international digital industry. ACF was awarded 2nd place in Leadership and Digital Performance for “Best use of digital performance management”.

In the US, and in our own backyard of Asheville, NC, ACF Technologies was a NC Tech Awards finalist for the four following awards:

  • Industry Driven- EdTech Award
  • Industry Driven – Biotech, Medtech + Life Sciences Award
  • Analytics + Big Data Award
  • Tech for Good Award

Presented by the North Carolina Technology Association, the NC Tech Awards are the only statewide technology awards program that recognizes innovation, growth, and leadership in the tech industry.

ACF Technologies continued into the new year with a matched drive for success and improved customer experience:

The Spring 2022 Queue Management Software Customer Success Report, published by FeaturedCustomers, the world’s leading customer reference platform for B2B business software and customer services, awarded ACF as Top Performer in the Queue Management Software category. Further, ACF was one of only 13 companies selected for the report after FeaturedCustomers evaluated all potential Queue Management Software companies on its platform.

Arcet Global, the Customer Institute, and the University of Chester recently presented the Customer Centricity World Series, a competition that recognizes the leaders in customer centric technologies around the world. ACF had been named as multi-finalists for a couple of awards but was announced as the winner of UK Customer Centricity World Series' Best User Experience Award 2022!

Most recently, ACF Technologies has been selected as a finalist in the COVID Crisis Champions category by the Global Good Awards and as a finalist for the NC Tech Awards in Bio/Health Tech. The Global Good Awards organization is dedicated to recognizing enterprises that drive social and environmental change in the world. Bringing us back to where we left off in 2021, the Global Goods event will be held October 13th in London and the NC Tech Awards winners will be announced November 29th at The Beacons in Raleigh, NC.
