ACF Technologies Wins the European Customer Centricity Awards 2022

ACF Technologies is proud to be recognised for the best User Experience in this year’s European Customer Centricity Awards. Our contribution to the NHS COVID-19 National Booking Service has helped manage over 100 million vaccine appointments in the UK via our appointment scheduling software. It is with great appreciation that we get to be awarded for our work.

European Customer Centricity Awards is sponsored by Arcet Global, a hybrid consultancy that helps organisations transform to the best of their potential. All of ARCET Global's awards are Certified by the Customer Institute and their scoring model is endorsed by the University of Chester Business School in the UK. In 2022, the programme celebrated its 3rd year of recognizing customer-centric companies. The large panels of expert independent judges choose winners after all entrants submit a 2000-word case study and a 15-minute video presentation. This year, ACF Technologies competed with over 300 hundred entries and became the finalist in two categories one of which turned into success. The ceremony was preceded by an online conference in which attendees could listen to professionals specializing in customer centricity.
