ACF Technologies has been selected as a multi-finalist for the UK Customer Experience Awards (UKCXA ’21) for the following categories:

- The Employee Experience in the Crisis – SME Award
- The Best Use of Technology – SME Award
The UK Customer Experience Awards is an event that focuses on celebrating the very best business initiatives the world has to offer. This event is presented by Awards International and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and has been an annual event for the past 12 years. The UK Customer Experience Award entry process is in two parts, with the first part being a 2,000-word written entry. When the finalists are selected, they are required to present their entry live during the day of the finals to a panel of judges, completing the second part. Because of this scoring system, the UKCXA has been accredited with the Gold Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.
